Federica & Francesco
Wedding at Santavenere Hotel
Federica and Francesco chose the Santavenere Hotel, in Maratea, for their intimate wedding.
The catholic ceremony took place in the little Church of Maratea old town. We adorned the Church entrance with large tropical leaves and green flowers, to get away from the “classic”, and reflect the spirit of F&F, witty and sparkling. Federica held a light and fresh bridal bouquet made with white flowers and green anthuriums. A few strands of small hyacinths hung from the bouquet to create a small waterfall, perfect for the bride’s glamorous retro look. For the dinner table we chose a small terrace of the Santavenere Hotel, with an enchanting view of the Cilento sea. The table design was maximalist, rich in details and patterns. On the table we used a collection of very different objects, which seem to work surprisingly well together: the striped tablecloth, the Ginori Oriente Bario, the toile de Jouy, the rusty candlesticks and the blown glass ones, the jars by Maestro Nicola Fasano, the broad beans, the mini bananas, the flowers, the kokedama and even the avocados, which add a further shade of green to this all-green palette, which leaves space for only a few tiny lilac details.
