Murgia wedding inspiration shooting
unknown Apulia
With Valentina and Cristina we set up Alberto & Anju inspirational wedding in the High Murgia National Park, to represent an unknown part of the Apulia, so authentic and wild. The sun kisses this earth (my earth) all year long. So it is very dry and rocky, almost moonish: the ideal set for a rustic and casual wedding, with a bohemian flavor….
Anju, the bride, chose between a candy bouquet made with peonies and hawthorn, and a dried oregano bouquet, just like Alberto’s grandfather hung on his farm ceiling.
For the ceremony decoration we used only dried flowers, matched with amazing decorative elements, such as straw and oregano bunches.
For the table we were not afraid to create a sort of runner with Murgian stones, spreading candles, on a soft linen tablecloth.
Nothing is for granted on this table: the hand-decorated ceramics, the vintage details, and the watercolored placeholders, matched with the colors of the Murgian sunset.
Even for centerpiece we used only dried flowers and fluffy pampas. On this crisp table, all the light focuses on the handmade ceramic elements, colorful masterpieces that remind us the joyful soul of the Southern Italy.
